Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioner for setting aside of order dated 19.09.2024 passed by learned Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-11, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi, whereby charge against the accused (petitioner herein) was directed to be framed. 2.

At this stage, after making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.
