Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for setting aside the Summoning Order dated 03.08.2024 of Ld. ACJM in Complaint Case No. 1833/2023.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the Revision before the Court of Sessions in accordance with law. 3.
