1. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No 225/2019 registered at PS Usmanpur under Sections 363, IPC and all the proceedings emanating therefrom. The chargesheet in the present case has already been filed under Sections 363/366 IPC

2. Brief facts of the case are that a missing person report was filed on 27.03.2019 by Respondent No.2 who is the father of Respondent No.3, which resulted in the registration of the present FIR.

3. All parties are present in court and have been duly identified by the IO. It has been submitted that the parties have resolved their disputes. Respondent No. 2, the complainant, has also filed an affidavit stating that her daughter, Respondent No. 3, married the petitioner on 29.03.2019 according to Muslim rites and customs, and is living happily with him. Additionally, it has been noted that the petitioner and Respondent No. 3 have been blessed with two children.

5. Respondent No. 3 also states that she is living peacefully with the petitioner, without any fear, force, or coercion.

6. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, this court considers that the parties have resolved their disputes amicably out of their own free will, without any fear, force or coercion, and they should be given an opportunity to lead their lives peacefully. No purpose will be served in continuing with the trial.

7. In view of the above, FIR No 225/2019 registered at PS Usmanpur under Sections 363, IPC and all the other proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

8. The present petition along with all the pending applications stands disposed of.
