Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing of the Summoning Order dated 16.05.2025 of Ld. Magistrate passed in Criminal Case No. 1385/2022 arising out of FIR No. 0362/2021.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the Revision before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
