By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 07.09.2024 passed by Ld. Judicial Magistrate, Saket District Court, New Delhi in FIR No.

211/2024 registered under Sections 314/316/61(2)/317(2) BNS at P.S. Hazarat Nizamuddin, Delhi whereby respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been admitted to bail. 2.

Mr. Chadha, ld. counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Ld. Sessions Court.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and if any such petition is filed before the Ld. Sessions Court, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. Miscellaneous application is also dismissed as infructuous.
