Settlement Agreement dated 27 March, 2026 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties, who are real sisters, submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 3.

Both the parties, i.e., Mrs. Sudipta Dey and Mrs. Shamita Dey, are present in the Court, and they confirm the fact that they have entered into the Settlement Agreement out of their own volition and that they shall abide by the same.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement and finds no impediment in decreeing the suit on the basis of the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties.
