No.10350/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of petitioner seeking direction to the Registry of this Court to refund to the petitioner sum of Rs.8,56,100/- (Rupees Eight lakhs fifty six thousand one hundred) with accrued interest as the petitioner has amicably settled all the disputes/ claims of the respondent workmen arising out of the award dated 20.08.2005 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal No.II, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in I.D. No.17/1997. Learned counsel for respondents submits that reply on behalf of respondent/ workmen has been filed and the respondent workmen/ All India General Mazdoor Trade Union (AIGMTU) has no objection if the
application for refund of Rs.8,56,100/- (Rupees Eighty lakhs fifty six thousand one hundred) is allowed.
In view of the reply filed by the respondent workmen and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the amount deposited along interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the petitioner.
The application stands disposed of.
