The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 assailing the Order dated 28.07.2025 passed by learned Judge, Family Court-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 2075/2022 captioned Ritu Makhija vs. Neeraj Makhija.

In this case, the Appellant/Respondent‟s Husband claims maintenance from the Respondent/Wife, who is taking care of their two daughters.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that income affidavit submitted by the Respondent was not supplied to the Appellant.

On a perusal of the order, it is evident that the Appellant neither sought a copy of the affidavit nor sought any adjournment to study the same.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant was requested to draw the attention of the Court to any request made for supplying a copy of income affidavit, however, she has failed to do so. 6.
