This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months. It is stated in the petition that learned Tribunal has reserved the award and a period of six months is sought to pronounce and publish the same. Mandate of the learned Tribunal has expired on 09.09.2025. 2.

Issue notice.

Ms. Kratvi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by 06 months from 10.09.2025. 5.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
