The present Appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, against the Impugned Order dated 20.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in HMA 172/2024 captioned "Abhinav Batra vs. Manvi Hora".

With the consent of learned counsel representing the parties, the present Appeal is disposed of with the following observations:- (i) By an Interlocutory Order, the Court has declined to grant interim custody of the minor child to the Appellant. Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that the Appellant has filed an application for enhancement of the visitation rights, which should be decided by the learned Family The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Court uninfluenced by the observation made in the Impugned Order. Learned counsel representing the Respondent has no objection to this prayer.

(ii) By Impugned Order, the Court has also directed the Appellant to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- per month as ad-interim maintenance to the Respondent for the welfare of minor child till the disposal of the Respondent's application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ["HMA"], which is admittedly pending adjudication before the learned Family Court.

(iii) Accordingly, the learned Family Court is requested to expeditiously decide the application filed by the Appellant. 3.

The present Appeal is disposed of in the aforegoing directions. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
