Respective counsel for the parties submit that a settlement agreement dated 11.12.2024 has been executed between the parties. 2.

A copy of the settlement agreement has been placed on record. 3.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that all outstanding disputes between the parties stand resolved in terms of the said settlement agreement. 4.

The settlement agreement contemplates that certain payment/s would be made to the petitioner by the second party i.e. ATS Infrastructure Ltd. and M/s. Anand Divine Developers Pvt. Ltd.

Learned counsel for ATS Infrastructure Ltd. and M/s. Anand Divine Developers Pvt. Ltd. undertakes, on instructions, that the requisite payment as set out in the settlement agreement shall be duly paid within the time specified therein. It is agreed that in the event of any lapse in this regard, the same shall be treated as wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court, warranting appropriate action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, also undertakes, on instructions, to abide by the terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement.
