The solitary grievance of the writ petitioner is a failure on the part of the respondents to finally dispose of and conclude the Show Cause Notice [„SCN‟] proceedings which were commenced pursuant to the issuance of a notice on 04 September 2024. 2.
Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel representing the respondent, states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the pending SCN proceedings shall be duly examined and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
