Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Public Interest Litigation Petition raises the grievances regarding alleged, illegal encroachment on some DTC Depot land as described in the complaint made by the petitioner on 02.08.2025. Learned counsel representing the STF, on instructions, has stated that acknowledgement of the said complaint dated 02.08.2025 is depicted at Annexure P-1 appended to the writ petition which is the printout taken from the web portal of the Special Task Force (STF).

Learned counsel representing the STF has stated that the said complaint has been taken cognizance of and appropriate action which may be warranted under law shall be taken.

We accordingly dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the authorities concerned to consider the complaint made by the petitioner and take appropriate action which may be warranted under law. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
