The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Delhi Jal Board ("DJB"), to provide supply of uninterrupted/continuous clean water to the petitioners' premises at 1st and 4th floors of the property bearing No. 49/4652 Reghar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. 2.

A Status Report dated 07th November, 2025, has been filed on behalf of the DJB, relevant portions of which, read as under: "xxx xxx xxx The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that the water supply to the petitioners' residence has been restored and is normal. Further, DJB has also assured that water tanker shall be supplied to the petitioners in case of any disruption in the water supply.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Needless to state that, in case, the petitioners have any fresh cause of action in the future, the petitioners are at liberty to seek their remedies, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
