By way of this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks appointment to the post of Pharmacist in the respondent No. 2 - All India Institute of Ayurveda ["AIIA"]. 2.

The petitioner participated in the recruitment for the said post pursuant to an advertisement dated 26.12.2023, and was placed first in the wait list in the OBC category.

She had earlier challenged the select list in W.P.(C) 3917/2025, which was disposed of on 16.05.2025, noting that the petitioner would be considered in the event a selected candidate did not join. 4.

to join the services of AIIA. The petitioner, therefore, seeks issuance of an appointment letter to her.

Pursuant to the order dated 17.09.2025, Mr. Manjit Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for AIIA, states that AIIA is processing the petitioner's appointment, and the process will be completed within three weeks. 6.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no further directions are required in this writ petition.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
