Admittedly, the same will have a bearing on the outcome of the present petitions and the allegations of wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent.

In the circumstances, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive the present petitions, subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the Supreme Court.
