% 15.05.2018 The learned counsel has entered appearance for the defendants. He submits that he has no objection in case a decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer para 58(a) to (g) of the plaint.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he gives up any other reliefs.

The suit is accordingly decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer para 58(a) to (g) of the plaint. The plaintiff shall also be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees. The suit and all the pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
