Pursuant to the order dated 20.02.2025, the Sub-Registrar appears in person. She submits that as of now there does not seem to be any impediment in registering the document. Her statement is taken on record. 2.

Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that he could not find any communication sent by the bank to the Sub-Registrar prohibiting, or claiming any rights, over the property in question. 3.

In view thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of with the following directions:

i.

Let the petitioner to approach the concerned Sub-Registrar with sale documents and other ancillary and necessary documents within 15 days from today;

ii.
