Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to respondent no.1 to pass a speaking order in terms of the order dated 9th May 2024 passed by the Financial Commissioner in Case No. 304/2023. 2.

Learned counsel for RCS, who appears on advance notice, states that the RCS shall pass the speaking order in accordance with the order dated 9th May 2024 within three weeks.
