By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(i) Quash and set aside the order dated 02.08.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-07, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in Criminal case N.307/23 out of FIR No.513/2023 under section 420/406 IPC P.S. Tilak Nagar,New Delhi.

(ii) Allow the application for hearing the criminal case bearing No.307/2025 out of FIR No.513/2023 under section 420/406 IPC P.S. Tilak Nagar, New Delhi on day to day basis"

This Court notes that the charge-sheet in this case was filed in the year 2025 itself and the charges are yet to be framed. 5.

Further, this Court is of the view that the learned Trial Courts are also over-burdened, thus, no time limit can be fixed by this Court for conclusion of trial. However, considering the age of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court again.
