O R D E R

% 26.09.2025 1.

The present petition is filed seeking extension of parole granted to the petitioner in FIR No. 286/2012 under Sections 377/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') registered at Police Station Sunlight Colony.

The petitioner was granted parole by the respondent authorities by order dated 13.08.2025 for a period of two weeks. 3.

Limited prayer is sought by the petitioner seeking parole for another period of two weeks. The petitioner was released on 06.09.2025 and three weeks have since elapsed. 4.

Considering the above, without going into the other aspects and the merits of the case, since only few more days are left before four weeks expire, the parole granted to the petitioner by the respondent authorities is extended upto 03.10.2025. 5.

The petitioner is directed to surrender on or before 03.10.2025.

It is made clear that the period for which the parole has been extended shall be adjusted towards any subsequent period for which the petitioner may be entitled for release on parole. 7.
