Mr. Mohit Chaudhary, counsel for Petitioners, states on instructions that he is confining the prayers sought in the present writ petition to seeking a direction to Respondent No. 5 - the Securities and Exchange Board of India1, to consider this writ petition as a representation of the Petitioner and to decide the same in accordance with law.

In light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 5 - SEBI to consider the present writ petition as a fresh representation of the Petitioner and take a decision thereon, in accordance with law. 1 "SEBI"

It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the ongoing inquiry being conducted by the SEBI against the Petitioners.
