After making some submissions, Mr. Akshay Makhija, Senior Counsel for Petitioner, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and raise all the contentions urged in the present petition by way of reply to the impugned show cause notice. Mr. Makhija makes a request for extension of timeline to submit a reply to the show cause notice till 31st October, 2024.

Having regard to the foregoing, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with pending applications, with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

At request of Petitioner, the timeline to file reply to the impugned show cause notice is extended up to 31st October, 2024. 4.

The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
