% 23.03.2026 CRL.M.A. 8764/2026 (for exemption) 1.

Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The Applicant shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing. 3.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CRL.M.A. 8763/2026 (seeking modification of order dated 29.10.2025) 4.

For the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the personal bond amount is reduced from INR 15,000/- to INR 10,000/- and accordingly, paragraph No. 4 of 29th October, 2025 shall now reads as under:

"4.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is admitted to furlough for a period of 2 weeks, on furnishing of a personal bond in the sum of INR 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Trial Court/Duty Metropolitan Magistrate, and further subject to the following conditions:

of furlough, without the prior permission of this Court. (ii) The Petitioner shall provide the mobile number(s) to the concerned Jail Superintendent and SHO - P.S. I.P. Estate, Delhi, at the time of his release, which mobile number shall be kept in a working condition at all times.

(iii) The Petitioner shall appear before the SHO - P.S. I.P. Estate, Delhi, on every Monday between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM to mark his presence. However, he shall not be kept waiting for longer than one hour for this purpose.

(iv) The Petitioner shall positively surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on the expi1y of the period of furlough." 5.

The application is disposed of.
