The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking interim relief in respect of the showcause notice dated 7th January, 2025, wherein the respondent Corporation has issued a holiday listing, the effect of which would be that the petitioner would not be able to participate in any of the tenders of the respondent. 4.
