The Petitioner has filed the instant petition, seeking a direction to National Commission for Scheduled Castes ("Commission"), to take immediate action on the Petitioner's complaints dated 12th August, 2024 and 22nd August, 2024.

It is noted that the Commisison has already issued communication dated 27th August, 2024 to the District Magistrate as well as the Deputy Commissioner of Police, calling upon them to submit the 'action taken report' within fifteen days of the receipt of the communication. 3.

In the above circumstances, since the Commission is already seized with the matter, the Court finds no reason to interfere with the same.
