This appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise order that whatever amount is deposited by the appellant in this Court, will be received by the respondent no.1 alongwith accrued interest thereon but without prejudice to the rights of the appellant in any other litigation and that the respondent will receive this amount in full and final satisfaction of the claims in the present litigation.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of as compromised and Registry will now release the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest to the respondent no.1 and on the respondent no.1 receiving the

same, no further disputes of any nature will survive between the parties as regards this litigation which stands settled and satisfied. 3.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations.
