This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') seeking directions to be issued to respondent no. 3 to constitute a medical board to thoroughly examine and ascertain the authenticity of the 100% Blind Certificate dated 12.10.2011 issued by Dr. Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences.
