O R D E R

By way of present petition, the petitioner, who is in judicial custody since 25.05.2023 in FIR No.445/2023 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act at P.S. Jahangir Puri, Delhi is aggrieved by the non-placing of the forensic reports on record thereby delaying even framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated directions by the Sessions Court, the requisite forensic reports have not been brought on record.

Issue notice.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and submits that the reports relating to the blood samples seized from the spot have already been received and the same would be filed alongwith the supplementary challan. She further submits that the reports relating to the DVR which was seized The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and the ballistics report are awaited. She submits that though the reports were expected in the month of September, however, on non- receipt of the same, a priority letter from the concerned DCP has already been sent to the FSL. She submits that a reminder would also be sent and the efforts would be made to ensure that the reports are received at the earliest. Considering the peculiar facts, the FSL is also directed to expedite the process. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
