1. The present petition has been filed seeking following prayers; a) Issue a Writ/Order/Direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 to take necessary and appropriate action for expediting the investigation in FIR No.0674/22 dated 25.08.2022 registered at P.S Jyoti Nagar u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, 120B I.P.C;

b) Issue a Writ/Order/Direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent No. 3 to take necessary and appropriate action for expediting and concluding the investigation by respondent no.4 without any further delay in a time bound manner in FIR No. 0674/2022 dated 25.08.2022 registered at P.S Jyoti Nagar u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, 120B I.P.C;

2. Issue notice. Learned ASC on instructions states that the investigation will be concluded within three months and the appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the submissions made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the matter with the liberty to invoke the jurisdiction The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
