Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for issuing directions to register the FIR against the Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 and to conduct a proper enquiry.

It is submitted that a Complaint dated 17.07.2024 has been made by the Complainant to the Police despite which, no action has been taken. 3.
Needless to emphasise that in case, the FIR is not registered, a complete mechanism is provided under B.N.S.S. for the Complainant, to get the FIR registered. This writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked for relief of which, there is a statutory provision under the B.N.S.S.
