This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated that the award has been reserved for pronouncement on 27.05.2025 and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on 12.09.2025.

Issue notice.

Mr. Aayush Tripathi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties the mandate is extended by a period of three months from 13.09.2025.
