Learned counsel for the petitioners states at the outset that a detailed representation dated 09.2.2018 was made to the respondent their services as Head Constable/Radio Operator to be treated from the date when they had reported to ROG.

Learned counsel for the respondent assures the court that the said representation shall be considered and a speaking order pass thereon under written intimation to the petitioners.

With the consent of parties, the present petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with directions to the respondent to examine the representation dated 09.02.2018 submitted by the petitioners and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of 08 weeks from today. W.P.(C) 3843/2018

If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, they shall be entitled to seek legal recourse. 5.
