The present bail application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 261/2024 dated 09.05.2024, registered at Police Station Kashmere Gate, for offences under Sections 22/25 of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the chargesheet has been filed and the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court at the stage of taking cognizance.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh after the arguments on charge have taken place before the learned Trial Court.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
