The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3, to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction, existing in the property bearing No. 1020, Ward No. 7, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030.

It is submitted that despite directions by this Court to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction, after following the due process of law, no action has been taken.

Issue notice to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"). Notice is accepted learned counsel appearing for the MCD, who submits that requisite action, is being taken.
