The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 07.05.2025 passed by learned ADJ, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, an Application under Order VIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the CPC filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court.

At the outset, learned Senior Counsel submits that inadvertently the petition has been filed as a revision Petition. Learned Senior Counsel seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate challenge to the Impugned Order in accordance with law. 3.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending Applications stand closed.
