The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Set aside the impugned order dated 20.02.2025 passed in Eviction Petition No. 398/2022 titled Vividh Makhija vs. Sushi/a Sachdeva & Ors. by the Court of Ld. SCJ-cum-RC (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and pass the eviction order against the Respondents (Tenants).

(ii) Pass any other or further order (s), which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
