The present petition under Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "I. Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Contemnors for wilful disobedience of the Order dated 25.07.2006 passed by Hon'ble High Court in WPC No. 10302 of 2006.

II. Pass an order directing the contemnors for immediate compliance of the final order and judgement dated 25.07.2006 in WPC No. 10302 of 2006.

III. Pass any such directions or order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above mentioned case."
