% 19.09.2025 1.

By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the summoning order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, New Delhi in CBI/81/2024 to the limited extent that the petitioners have been summoned to join the proceedings.

2.

The petitioners are essentially aggrieved that despite the fact that the learned Trial Court had not issued any summons to the petitioners by order dated 14.08.2025, they have still received printed summons from the Ahlmad of the Court. 3.

The learned Trial Court by the order dated 14.08.2025 had issued summons to the accused persons for the offence for which The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. they had been chargesheeted.

4.

It is undisputed that the petitioners were not named as accused, thus, in the opinion of this Court, the summons may have inadvertently been issued.

5.

Let the petitioners appear before the learned Trial Court through the counsel on the next date of hearing for clarifications. 6.

No further orders are required to be passed at this stage. 7.

Needless to say, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future. 8.

The present petition along with the pending applications stand disposed of.
