% 20.05.2016 CM Appl. 19063/2016 (Condonation of delay) in Review Pet. 252/2016 Keeping in view the averments in the application, the delay in filing the Review petition is condoned.

Accordingly, present application stands disposed of. Review Pet. 252/2016 in W.P.(c) 2928/2013 Present application has been filed for review of the order dated 09th December, 2015 by virtue of which the present writ petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-DDA to hold a mini draw of plots within a period of three months.

Learned counsel for applicant states that on the date the writ petition was disposed of i.e. 09th December, 2015, the officials of the respondent

were not aware of the current seniority list. To say the least, the statement is surprising as the order was passed by Court after hearing the parties. In fact, the order dated 09th December, 2015 was a consensual order.

Consequently, no ground for review or modification is made out. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed. MANMOHAN, J MAY 20, 2016 js
