Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for partial quashing of FIR No. 0298/2023 under Sections 419/420/120B IPC registered at P.S.: Hazarat Nizamuddin.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and on instructions of IO, submits that matter is still pending investigation and five of the accused persons have not been impleaded as party to the present proceedings.
