The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.518/2016 registered under Sections 307/34/174-A IPC at PS Khyala. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2017. The complainant / injured - PW-2 (Rohit) and PW-3 (Rajesh) in their testimonies before the Trial Court recorded on 06.01.2018 have not supported the prosecution. They did not implicate the present petitioner for inflicting injuries to them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
