The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "i) Initiate Contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents/ contemnor for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the direction vide order dated 23.12.2024 in writ petition (C) No.17772/2024 case titled as "Smt. Noor Jahan VIs Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors" passed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the Contemnors accordance with law or:

ii) Pass further order (s) to demolish the said property measuring 300 Sq. Yds., bearing Property No. 68, Khasra No.16, in front of Krishna Ratan Sports Academy, Wazirabad, Delhi-110084 including 50 Sq. Yds. land of the Petitioner encroached by the respondent No.3, which is totally illegal and unauthorized; iii) Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
