% 20.10.2016 1.
Learned counsels on both sides now fairly agree with the view expressed by the Joint Registrar in his report dated 04.10.2016 that the case requires to be transferred to the District Court (Central) on account of change of pecuniary jurisdiction conceding that the jurisdiction would vest in the said court.
2.
Having regard to the relief claimed and the valuation put thereto, the case is transferred to the file of District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for further proceedings in accordance with law. 3.
Parties shall appear before the transferee court on 22.11.2016. The District Judge (Central) may, in his discretion, keep the case on his own board or allocate it to the court of any Additional District Judge under his control.
4.
The registry shall take necessary steps well in time. R.K.GAUBA, J.
