Application is disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 601/2017 It is submitted that petitioner nos.2 to 4 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. On the complaint of respondent no.2, FIR No.183/2013 under Sections 354A/323/34 IPC was registered at police station Kanjhawala against the petitioners.

Respondent no.2 had also lodged the FIR No.69/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at Crime Against Women Cell, Nanak Pura against the petitioners.

Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled

their disputes amicably before the Counselling Cell, Family Court, Rohini, New Delhi on 16th January, 2015.

Pursuant to the settlement, marriage between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 has already been dissolved by the decree of divorce dated 31st May, 2016 passed by Family Court, North West District, Rohini, Delhi.

It is prayed that FIR may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has no objection in case the present FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 and that respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.183/2013 under Sections 354A/323/34 IPC registered at police station Kanjhawala is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
