% 09.03.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead seeks liberty to file review petition on the ground that the judgment in Ramesh Gobindram Vs. Sugra Humayun Mirza Wakf., AIR 2010 SC 2897 was rendered at a time prior of amendment of Section 83(1) of the Wakf Act, 1995.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
