These three applications have been filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petitions, as the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent - School have been settled. The applications are supported by the affidavits of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is present in person. The School is represented by Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel.

Copy of the terms of the settlement dated 16.05.2025 has been annexed in the applications.

The petitioner confirms that the settlement amount and the experience certificate have been handed over to her in Court. 5.

The applications are, therefore, allowed and the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
