% 02.03.2020 The parties were relegated to the mediation process vide order dated September 25, 2019. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed its settlement agreement dated January 09, 2020 running into ten pages including Annexures-A and B and Schedule-1. Learned counsel for the parties state that they shall adhere to the terms of the settlement and the suit be allowed to be withdrawn by taking the settlement agreement on record. Taking the statement made, by the learned counsel for the parties, on record, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the fact that the parties have settled their inter se dispute through mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act, 1870.
