Present appeal has been filed challenging order dated 30th August, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (C) 2830/2024 whereby the learned Single Judge held that the Appellants are not eligible to participate in the Board Examinations of CBSE as they do not have a Domicile Certificate of NCT of Delhi in accordance with notification dated 5th September, 2023 ("impugned notification") issued by Respondent no. 1/CBSE.

Since, the examinations in question have already been held and the impugned order has been challenged after nearly forty five days, this Court is of the view that the present appeal has become infructuous.
