The present petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for completion of arbitration proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

The learned Sole Arbitrator came to be appointed by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2021 in the ARB. P. No.: 165/2021. 5.

This Court vide order dated 15.12.2023 extended the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of arbitral award for a period of one year reckoned with effect from 20.09.2023. 6.
